FAQ

A: Unify360 prides itself on delivering best practice soft skills training and tools to optimise participant performance.  We guarantee the quality of our work but in the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver on agreed outcomes, we will provide a refund less costs incurred.

A: Our training caters for the three learning styles (visual, auditory and kinesthetic). We use PowerPoint and demonstration for visual learners, stories and discussions for auditory learners, and exercises, activities and games for kinesthetic learners.

A:  Your dedicated trainer will:

  • thoroughly discuss the learning objectives and expectations of the training with the decision-maker prior to the training

  • establish the specific training needs of participants 

  • tailor course outlines specifically to a group’s level and experience.


Our trainers will also assess the audience on the day and, if necessary, will modify content and delivery to ensure participant needs are met.

A:  Our standard options are:

  • 1 hour Virtual workshop

  • 2 hour Virtual workshop - includes a 10 minute break

  • Half Day Virtual workshop - includes a 10 minute break on the hour

  • Half Day Virtual workshop - includes a 10 minute break on the hour

  • Full Day Face-to-Face workshop - These usually start at 9am and run until 4:30pm.  We like to give participants a mid-morning and afternoon tea break, and a lunch break. Exact timings are confirmed with the client prior to the day.

    We are happy to discuss different delivery options to meet client needs and preferences.

A: Delegates are asked to complete a full evaluation form and personal action plan at the end of every training session. Our team then tabulates the results to assess the ratings given for training content, trainer’s delivery, ability to handle questions, venue etc. If appropriate and agreed prior to training, clients can also access participant action plans to help them continue putting their new skills into practice.  Our trainers also follow up with the client after the course to check on progress. Participants also have ongoing email access to the trainers after completing the course.
