WHO WE ARE

Kate Hardiman, Founder and CEO of Unify360.

Kate Hardiman

Hi, I’m Kate Hardiman, Founder and CEO of Unify360.

Throughout my career journey I’ve witnessed the unnecessary loss of brilliant talent from organisations because they didn’t feel valued or a sense of belonging. This observation wasn’t just alarming, it was a call to action. I believe that when we celebrate our diverse strengths, we don’t just build teams, we create powerhouses of innovation, problem-solving, and joy.

It’s my core belief that everyone deserves to feel significant and appreciated for their true selves. That’s the cornerstone of Unify360. My passion lies in steering businesses towards success and sustainability by creating environments that people don’t just work in but thrive in, championed by the power of Inclusive Leadership.

At Unify360, we don’t just offer soft skills training, we deliver transformative experiences that are targeted, flexible, and impactful. Understanding the unique challenges each organisation faces is part of our DNA. We’re committed to best practices that are not just current but forward-thinking. Through in-depth consultations, we ensure our training and support programs are meticulously tailored to meet the precise needs of your staff and your broader business objectives.

This dedication guarantees that your team receives the right knowledge, precisely when they need it, in the most effective way possible.

This is my pledge to you – to guide your journey from intention to tangible impact.

Let’s start a conversation about how my team and I can help you achieve this transformation.

Sian Flynn-Coleman

Sian Flynn-Coleman is a life coach specialising in empowering neurodivergent women in business and entrepreneurship. With over a decade of leadership experience across various sectors, Sian’s journey took a transformative turn when she was diagnosed with ADHD in her 30s. This experience inspired her to support others facing similar late-in-life neurodivergence diagnoses. Her coaching blends a deep understanding of the corporate world with a compassionate, pragmatic approach, helping clients embrace their strengths, overcome self-doubt, and align their professional lives with their authentic selves. Sian is committed to nurturing neuro-inclusive environments where her clients can thrive both personally and professionally.

“Sian listens and coaches with empathy and understanding while asking insightful questions that help you to better understand yourself, help navigate any overwhelm that can plague an ADHD brain, as well as gain confidence in your own decisions and actions.

Sian’s coaching [would be] valuable to anyone interested in support, validation and growth. And as someone who had a late ADHD diagnosis (mid’ish 40’s), and began getting coached in my mid 50’s, I can say Sian certainly can provide the right type of support many of us need having struggled through life without the benefit of receiving any support early in life.”
